Big Changes Incoming for Kin To You

After much time, deliberation, and conversation, I am so thrilled to announce that I will be partnering with Tonume Integrated Health Clinic as their first kinesiologist starting this September. While I have loved travelling all over the city to help those in need of Active Rehabilitation in their homes, with our growing family, I am so pleased to be able to offer the same great service in one new location.

another one on the way
number two on the way!

Working in a multi-disciplinary clinic means access to all the care you need under one roof. Tonume is on the front lines of the covid-19 pandemic safety plan, and have every resource in place to keep you safe from this virus. With sanitizer at the door, temperature checks before your visit, mandatory masks for practitioner and patient, and plenty of time in between patients to fully sanitize each room, you can rest assured that you will not have exposure to any virus while in the building. For my Current Clients

I will finish all current ICBC claims I’ve started, but by the new year, will not be doing any mobile visits. I am so excited to be able to welcome you into Tonume in place of home visits, for both of our safety.

All of my online offerings will stay the same. Core class and pre/post natal class online will NOT change. I am also pleased to say that my pre and post natal class on Sundays at the Tillicum Annex will also remain the same.

For Prospective Clients

If you’ve been interested in giving Kinesiology a try but have been nervous about in-person meetings due to the pandemic, have no fear! Tonume offers the highest safety standards available, and online kinesiology sessions are available as well. If you’ve got chronic pain, a new injury from a car accident, are expecting or have recently given birth, I would love to guide you through movement-based exercise therapy to help you feel your best again.

Work to Live, not Live to Work

While I still love and will always love being a registered Kinesiologist, my family will always come first. Moving to a single location means I can focus 100% on you while I am with you, and 100% on my family while I am at home.

Family time is the best time

I am delighted to announce these changes, and I look forward to seeing you at my new location.
