Give it a try!

While my family and I are out of town enjoying the summer heat, I don’t want to leave my fans without some core strengthening exercises. I won’t be offering a live class tonight (Tuesday, August 4th, 2020) so this virtual class is one you can try time and time again, whenever it’s convenient for you.
