Private Kinesiology – Monthly or Weekly options
Do you prefer more guidance and coaching? Do you find you fall off the wagon if left to your own devices? If you have a past injury, current health condition, or simply prefer a guided exercise session, our package options could be right for you. We can offer a monthly tune-up session to add some new exercises or progressions to your routine, or keep it simple and keep you accountable by coming to you once a week.
ICBC Active Rehab
Have you been injured in a motor vehicle accident? Get better, faster, with health from our top-notch kinesiologists! Learn how you can use guided exercise to reduce the symptoms you have, prevent further injury, and build strength and endurance, so you can get back to doing the things you love most. As of April 2019 these sessions are covered 100% by ICBC. Not sure if you quality? Ask us how you can get started!
Virtual Core Class – Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Stay strong and pain-free with our 30 minute evening core class. We will guide you through a workout you can do at home with no equipment necessary!
Pre and Post Natal Exercise class
We are excited to announce a partnership with Full Circle Physiotherapy and are offering weekly classes for expectant and new parents alike. Regular exercise is great to increase strength and endurance, and being part of a community does wonders for mental health. Direct billing may be available – inquire within!

Kin To You provides mobile exercise rehabilitation throughout Metro Vancouver. Kinesiologists specialize in soft-tissue injury (such as whiplash from motor vehicle accidents), chronic pain (fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome), disease management, and active rehabilitation. Kinesiologists are all about movement!
A session with Kin To You starts with an intake of your health history to help our kinesiologists get a better idea of what helps you or hurts you. We provide a full body movement assessment, and then give you the appropriate exercises to help you move your best, pain free! A full hour, one-on-one session focused 100% on you means you will get the best outcome possible.
Kinesiologists are human movement specialists. Every practicing kinesiologist has a minimum of a four year university degree: we learn about biomechanics, anatomy, exercise physiology, and sports psychology, plus yearly continuing education. We make sure we use the most up to date, evidence-based research available. Rest assured that working with a kinesiologist will help you reach your goals.
